Overall it was a quite comfortable stay for one night. The location was great for me, to the main areas.

The rooms were spotless with a bath, you feel like home. The location was stunning, within walking distance of Hall. On top of that, bars and restaurants were close to the property.
No complaints.

Good value for money. For a cambridge hotel the location is quite okay. It is a short (5~10 min) walk to the city centre.
The hotel is located in an old building, meaning that the rooms are noisy. Altough the room was very clean, the shower head was very dirty. I had to remove it before I even considered using the shower.

Convenient for shopping in Cambridge. Although the hotel did not have a bar or restaurant there are plenty of places to eat & drink very close to the hotel. Room was warm and had a large shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with food cooked to order so was worth any wait
Booking in a the Arundel House - the sign for the car park was covered up by the large trees outside so we had to park in the road. Only when we drove passed the hotel could we see the sign. There need to be another one put up so that it is visible

excellent parks and convenient access to local attractions
I loved how easy it was to walk to Jesus Green for some peaceful park views, and being just a short stroll away from the fine King's College Chapel made my explorations all the more enjoyable. I found the hotel to be furnished but very clean with cute staff was great.

It is a good location, within easy walking distance of the town centre with its many attractions. The room was large, well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and service couldn't be faulted.
It was curious having to check in at a sister hotel (Arundel House) but I gether that this was due to refurbishment at the Ashley rather than a permanent arrangement.

It's quite close to the city centre and the breakfast is really nice. Parking place free for guests.
You have to checking at Arundel Hotel (45 Chesterton Rd.). Not far away but it´s better go there first...

I had a spacious room with a comfy bed, the curtains blocked the sunlight perfectly, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was decent, with nice choices available. I'd definitely consider staying here again!

Clean tidy and good food
A little inconvenient having to collect key from other hotel but we knew about this when booking so no issue

We wanted a decent en-suite hotel room near the city centre without having to pay too much for it and this hotel certainly met our criteria. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I particularly liked the comforter on the bed! The room had all the facilities that a more expensive hotel would have had (eg complimentary toiletries in the bathroom) and the furnishings were decent. The hotel was with walking distance of the centre and had a car park at the back. There weren't a lot of other facilities on site (eg evening meal, bar) but we didn't want any. We just wanted a good bed for the night and this was ideal.
The hotel ticked all the boxes as far as we were concerned. I suppose the only thing that was a little disappointing was the choice at breakfast - some fruit and a choice of pastries/bread would have been nice, though the cooked breakfast was good and arrived very hot.

Close to Jesus College where my son is studying.
Mushrooms would have been a lovely extra addition to the cooked breakfast, especially if you are a vegetarian as most vegetarians probably don't like veggie sausages.
